Deposits for bookings cancelled before 14 days prior to day of arrival will be refunded less booking fee of 10% of total booking of the rooms/s cancelled
Deposits for bookings cancelled in the 14 days prior to and up to 48 hours before scheduled checkin at 2pm will only be refunded if the room is re-rented less booking fee of 10% of total booking of the rooms/s cancelled, otherwise NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT will be given
Deposits for bookings cancelled in the 48 hours before scheduled checkin at 2pm NO REFUND OF DEPOSITS will be given(Dec 25 to Jan 31 and Easter - Good Friday til Easter Monday incl)
NO REFUNDS are available for bookings during this period
