Monies for bookings cancelled before 14 days prior to day of arrival will be refunded less booking fee of 10% of total booking of the rooms/s cancelled
Monies for bookings cancelled in the 14 days prior to and up to 48 hours before scheduled checkin at 2pm will only be refunded if the room is re-rented less booking fee of 10% of total booking of the rooms/s cancelled, otherwise NO REFUND will be given
Monies for bookings cancelled in the 48 hours before scheduled checkin at 2pm NO REFUND will be given(Dec 25 to Jan 31 and Easter - Good Friday til Easter Monday incl)
NO REFUNDS are available for bookings during this period
